In accordance with the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) Disclosure Code, the Association of Research-Based Medicine Producers in Bosnia & Herzegovina (UIPL) is committed to ensuring the transparent public disclosure of Transfers of Value (ToVs) made to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) by all UIPL member companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The purpose of these disclosures is to further strengthen transparency in the relationships between the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare sector, as well as to:
- build and maintain trust between healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies;
- enhance the reputation of both the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals; and
- inform the public about the nature and scope of these relationships.
