One of the most important amendments of the Code of Conduct pertains to the selection of appropriate and permitted locations for the organisation of conferences, symposiums, workshops, and all other forms of meetings.

UIPL has prepared eligible criteria for meetings venue which relate the acceptability of hotels that meet or fail to meet conditions outlined by the Code, mainly relating to the exclusion of 5* hotels and accompanying facilities that are characterized as luxurious.

The document specifies the types and categories of facilities, their eligibility, conditions, exceptions and a list of hotels in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska.
